Download Issues

  1. I entered the code but can't find the files on my computer.
    Please check your "downloads" folder or search for the file name.

  2. When I enter my code it says "maximum redemptions reached.
    Please contact us to re-set your code.

  3. Can I play this on my iPhone?
    Yes, unless you ordered FLAC format files. FLACs must be converted before they will play in iTunes.

  4. Can I burn a CD so I can listen in my car?
    Yes, please use you media program (iTunes, Windows Media Player etc.) to burn audio CDs.


Flash Drive Issues

Operating Instructions MAC

  1. Turn up your speakers
  2. Insert the flash drive into the USB port
  3. Open the drive from the Desktop
  4. Click "Start Here"
  5. Enjoy!

Operating Instructions Windows

  1. Turn up your speakers
  2. Insert the flash drive into the USB port
  3. Close any "Pop Up" windows that appear
  4. Open "Computer" or "My Computer"
  5. Open the drive that has been added (usually E: or F:)
  6. Double Click "Start Here"
  7. For some versions of Windows a yellow bar will appear at the top of the window, click "Accept"
  8. Enjoy!
